Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RinkSheet mobile application ("the App"), operated by Pronetico (Brian Lee) ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

RinkSheet helps parents and guardians track a youth hockey player's statistics, practices, and wellness. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• One person may not maintain more than one free account.

You retain ownership of all data you enter into RinkSheet — player profiles, game stats, practice logs, wellness entries, and any photos you upload ("Your Content").

You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the App's features to you (including cloud sync and backups). We claim no other rights to Your Content, and we do not use it for advertising or to train AI models.

You can export Your Content at any time (More → Export Stats) and delete it permanently at any time (Settings → Delete Account & All Data).

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access another user's data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or probe the App or its backend services
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation
• Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes others' rights

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we use it. It is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. Keep your own exports of important data.

RinkSheet provides statistics tracking for recreational purposes. It is not a substitute for professional coaching, medical, or athletic development advice. Wellness tracking features are informational only and are not medical tools.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRONETICO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS ($50), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with notice where practicable. Sections 4, 7, 8, and 10 survive termination.

• Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Pronetico operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
• Changes: We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via in-app notice before taking effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
• Apple/Google: Your use of the App must also comply with the applicable app store's terms. Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms and have no obligations to you under them.
• Entire agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Pronetico regarding the App.
